We teach children to be confident in the water through playing and having fun as well as teaching parents how to safely and easily help their children to feel at ease above and below the water, enjoy spending time with their little ones in the pool and get all the benefits of the baby swimming

Mummy and Me aqua fitness class
is a great way to combine exercise for mum and a swimming lesson for a baby
The class based on aerobics program consists of a series of moderately paced, low impact and fat-burning exercises for the parents integrated with elements of the Aquabubbles swimming program for babies.
Each course runs for 6 weeks with 30 minute classes once a week
The classes are small with max of 6 children
It is never too early or too late to start learning to swim!
The earlier you start the easier they learn how to swim and be safe in the water
Prenatal Swimming Class
The class based on moderate intensity cardiovascular workout Exercise in the water during pregnancy is the best way to keep fit, relaxed and get ready for the labour
If you swim, you burn calories, feel less fatigued, sleep better, and are better equipped to handle pregnancy’s physical and emotional challenges. Swimming also helps you keep your weight within a healthy range, and some women say swimming also makes them feel less bloated.
