Please ensure that you have read and understood Aquabubbles Swimming School terms and conditions before booking a course.

Terms and Conditions

  • Course fees must be paid in full and in advance of your course.
  • Aquabubbles Swimming School uses the BookingBug system for the online booking. Your card will be debited for your next course  during the booking process
  • Missed lessons for any reason other than those cancelled by Aquabubbles Swimming School   cannot be refunded in any circumstance, nor can they be transferred to subsequent courses or alternative days. In the instance of long term absence due to medical reasons, please contact the Admin for advice
  • Aquabubbles Swimming School  reserves the right to cancel a lesson without notice, should a pool or instructor be affected by unforeseen circumstances. A full refund/credit will be given for that lesson. Aquabubbles Swimming School  is not responsible for travel expenses incurred
  • One adult must enter the water with each child. It is strictly one adult to one child ratio. This adult is exclusively responsible for the safety of the baby both in the pool and the surrounding areas (siblings must be accompanied by a second adult even if not in the water)
  • Babies must wear a disposable swim nappy and a swimming suit (shorts)
  • Babies who are ill must not attend a class. Any babies or adults experiencing sickness and diarrhoea must not swim for a minimum of 10 days
  • Jewellery (except plain wedding rings) and make up must be removed before entering the pool for Health and Safety and water hygiene reasons
  • Shoes must be removed/blue overshoes worn before entering changing area
  • Food is not allowed on the pool  side and changing areas.
  • Photography is permitted from the designated viewing area by someone known to a member in the class, at the teacher’s discretion.  Underwater filming or photography is not allowed during our classes
  •  Aquabubbles Swimming School   accepts no responsibility for lost property in any way. Valuables are left at the owner’s own risk

Refund Policy

  • You are entitled to a full refund up to 10 days prior to a course starting.
  • Cancellation of the whole course will be accepted in writing,   more than10 days in advance of your course start date.
  • If you wish to cancel a course after this then you will incur a £20    administration charge
  • Once a course has started, we are unable to issue refunds.
  •  No classes can be refunded if you cannot attend.
